Manufacturing Process
1, Aluminium die casting is a process of injection aluminum alloy under pressure, which produces parts in high volume at low costs.
2, There are two processes of Aluminum die casting: hot chamber and cold chamber.
3, A complete cycle can vary from one second for small components to minutes for a casting of large part, making aluminium die casting the fastest technique available for producing precise aluminium alloy parts.
4, Any aluminium alloy die casting parts are customized according to the clients' drawing or samples.

Die casting parts
Die casting is an industrial casting process for manufacturing cast parts of aluminum, zinc, magnesium or brass. The molten metal is pressed under high pressure into the die where it hardens and is then automatically ejected. A die casting diecan contain several cavities. Depending on the die, series ranging from approximately 300 to 400,000 molded parts can be produced due to the high output of the dies. Die casting allows parts to be manufactured with very thin walls and smooth surfaces and edges. Due to the high strength, very good dimensional accuracy and reproducibility, die casting is the optimum casting procedure for complex components and demanding applications, both in terms of quality and economy.
To achieve superior quality, we use CNC machining centers to finish the cast parts. If desired, we will add tailored components to your diecast parts in additional production steps and will assemble these into modules and assemblies.
Die cast components are used in many branches of industry for housings, covers, fittings or mountings. Depending on the requirements, we supply die cast surfaces for decorative uses, improved corrosion protection or improved wear resistance.
Depending on the alloy and finishing process, die cast parts can be provided with the following surfaces: Sandblasting, glass bead blasting, barrel finishing, brushing, polishing, phosphating, passivating, powder coating, wet painting, eloxating, copper plating, nickel plating, screen printing or pad printing.

In process quality control (IPQC) - Perform inspections during the manufacturing process.

There are 12 die casting machines and furnaces in factory. The casting machine specification is from 200 ton, 400 ton to 800 tons. The capacity is over 25 tons per month. The furnace size is 500 Kg.
There are 15 professional engineers whose experience over 8 years. We can supply feasible analysis for you. Speed and precision are our aim.
Casting pouring simulation can be supplied if it's needed. Melting filling the mold and cooling status (speed and consequence) are clearly simulated, concentration of over heat positions and potential casting shrinkage can be early identified and avoid by pre-actions.

FAQ
Q1. What's your mould making lead time?
It's based on the product size and structure, usually the mould making lead time is 4weeks from the mould design confirmed to mould finished.
Q2. How to control the quality?
We have QC department, the two-dimension measuring instrument and three-dimension measuring instrument, in a mass production stages, we will have the special QC and PE engineer to control the product quality, test 10pcs each hour.
Q3. Can you tell me how long I need wait for sample?
The delivery time for samples is nearly 40~60 days. Matech will support you with delivery control table- Let customers clearly understand the progress of the project.And our best salesmen will also take the initiative to report work progress on a regular basis.
Q4. How could I get a quotation?
The details of price based on your product drawing, order quantity, product material and surface-treatment. So if you need
quotation plz send us your part drawing to invesgate and tell us details of you product.
Q5. What's the conditions and payment requirements?
The payment is acceptable of T/T, L/C and West Union,Paypal.
Q6. What about the mould guarantee life time?
Mold life span depends on your oder quantity, generally the metal alloy mold range from 60k~150k shoot, and plastic injection mold range from 200k~1000k shot. In addition we could supply free mold if it exceed life span for your large quantity.
