Forging+Machining+Anodizing Aluminum parts:

1) Material: Aluminum 6061-T6, 6063-T6, 7075-T6, etc.

2) Size: Up to 1000mm

3) Precision: Up to +/- 0.005mm

4) Processing: Die Forging, CNC turning, CNC turning and milling compound processing, 3/4/5 axis CNC milling, wire-cutting, EDM, griding etc.

5) The surface finish for the parts we can provide: Sandblasting(including glass bead blasting, corundum-sand blasting and quartz-sand blasting), polishing and anodizing.
