1. Don't accept defective, strict inspection of supplier's raw materials.
2. Don't manufacture defective, the production process is strictly controlled. For all products, the workers are strictly self-inspected on each machining process, and the quality inspectors do a regular inspection and spot inspection.
3. Don't transferring defective, the defective products found in the previous process shall never be allowed to be transferred to the next process. Before shipment, the finished products shall be inspected again, and if any quality problems are found,and the products shall be reworked or rejected according to the relevant requirement.

B.Produce products and components according to your design drawings or original samples;

D.Assemble the whole products as long as you have such request.

1.Quotation: Normally, for machining parts, your inquiry can be quoted within 6 hours as long as we confirm your drawing (IGS, STEP, STL, PDF, DWG etc)and information (Material, Tolerance, Surface Treatment and Quantity). For casting parts, it's usually need about 3-5 days.
2.NDA Signing: With us, your business and money will be safe. So, before cooperation, NDA is available to you if you need.
3.Sample Testing: To ensure mass production smoothly, sample need to be tested before production.If products no need tooling, sample can be made within 15 days, fastest 3 days. If need tooling, it normally takes about 45 days to make tooling and samples.
4.Mass Order Production: During production, we can give you updates by pictures and video.
5.Assembly&Packaging: We can help you assemble the whole product if you need. Packaging assure to be 100% safe, because we always do packaging test.
6.QC System: 
1).Checking the raw materials before production;
2).Strictly inspect the processing during production;
3).Testing the half-finished products before surface finishing;
4).Do inspection one by one before delivery. Inspection Report can be provided for you.
7.Shipping: by express (DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX etc), by air or by sea

Once your order is confirmed, all manufacturing and technical specifications need to be clearly specified in the 2D drawings in order to be followed. Each batch of goods must have first article assurance(FAA), and then IPQC inspections for many times, Final inspection reports before shipment. We are a professional manufacturer with over 15 years' export experience for designing and producing vehicle machinery parts.
 

2. How can I get some samples? 

If you need, we are glad to offer you samples for free, but the new clients are expected to pay the courier cost, and the charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
 
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?

Yes, we can make casting according to your drawing, 2D drawing, or 3D cad model. If the 3D cad model can be supplied, the development of the tooling can be more efficient. But without 3D, based on 2D drawing we can still make the samples properly approved.
 
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?

Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for tooling making.
 
5. What's your quality control device in house?

We have spectrometer in house to monitor the chemical property, tensile test machine to control the mechanical property and UT Sonic as NDT checking method to control the casting detect under the surface of casting.
